What do I do if I get a message that says "Applicants required information is not completed."

This message appears when information that is needed to place the order is missing. Often times this is due to a missing email address. To place the order you will want to make sure the first name, last name, email address, SSN, and state is provided before you can order. If you would like to check or update the information on someone's profile you can do so with the following steps. 

To view the applicant's information, you will click the empty checkbox on the far lefthand side of the applicant's name. This will bring up an action menu with an option titled "open" You will then be taken to a new applicant detail screen. You can edit the applicant's information here and then click Save.
