There are no orders under the Reports column

If you notice that there is not an order under the Reports column, but you got notification that the applicant completed the Online Form, this means that the applicant's payment information did not go through. They will need to go through the form again to reenter their payment information for a background check to be ordered.

There will be a lock on the payment screen for the next 24 hours, however, if the applicant uses a different email address on the first page of the form, this will bypass the lock.
