I'm not getting a payment screen

The following reasons could be why the payment screen is not appearing:

  • If this is not the first time filling out the Online Form within 24 hours, the payment screen will be locked up. After the 24 hours, you will be able to try the form again.
  • If you are using your credit card for someone else that needs a background check ran, the form will recognize your IP Address, and will put the lock on the payment screen. You will need to wait after a full 24 hours, or enter in a different email address on the first page. 
  • Sometimes using anything else besides a desktop computer, such as a mobile device or tablet, or using a different browser besides Google Chrome can cause the payment screen to not appear
