Custom Stock Questions

With Stock Questions, you are able to create a question that can be applied to multiple forms at once, instead of typing out the question individually through each of your forms. 

Setup Stock Questions

• Click on the Settings tab in your left-hand menu
• Click on the "Stock Questions" option under the Settings tab

• There will be a blue "New" link all the way to the right side of the screen to make a new question

 Using Custom Stock Questions

Turn on all Custom Stock Questions on your Form

• Click on the Settings tab in the left-hand menu
• Click on the Forms option under the Settings tab
• Click on the "Edit" link to the right side of the Form that you want the Custom Stock Questions on
• Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page

•  Check the "Ask Custom Stock Questions?" checkbox

This will turn on all of your Custom Stock Questions that are created, except any that are Hidden

Add Individual Custom Stock Question

If you don't want all of the Stock Questions on your Form, and just one or some, you are able to add one Stock Question at a time

• Click on the Settings tab in the left-hand menu
• Click on the Forms option under the Settings tab
• Click on the "Custom Questions" link to the right of the Form Name
  
  
• There will be a blue "New" link to the right
• The top of the Custom Question portal, there will be a Stock Questions field, where you can choose the question you need

• When you choose the Stock Question, the question will appear in the Question box
  • The type of question will already be selected and any multi-selection or dropdown choices will populate
  • You are able to edit the question, if needed
