Assign Applicants to a Stage

Stages - subcategories within the Pipeline used for managing applicants or creating workflows.

Bundle 3 and 4 accounts have access to Stages. Applicants in the Pipeline can be assigned to a Stage.

• Click on the small gray box to the left of your applicant's name.
• Select the "Change Stage" option above the applicant names.
• Select the stage for your applicant.
• You cannot place an applicant in more than one Stage at a time. 
• Note - You are able to choose multiple applicants and move them to a Stage in bulk.
